High performance organisation
KLMThe airline industry is changing rapidly. Customers’ demands are higher, and they want their ticket’s price to be lower. In order to stay competitieve KLM needs to change. We made an explainer video in which the reasons for this change and the appropriate plan are communicated.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
KLM is the royal Dutch airline and third largest employer in the Netherlands. After a merger in 2004, with among others like Transavia and Martinair, KLM is part of the AIR FRANCE KLM Group. Daughter enterprises KLM Cityhopper, transavia.com and Martinair are also part of that group.
CLIENT REQUEST
To remain competitive, KLM needs to make some necessary changes in its organisation in order to become and remain a High Performance Organisation (HPO). To explain HPO to all its employees, KLM asked us to create an animation that goes into the ‘Why’-question of an HPO.
RESULTS ACHIEVED
In a cinematic and atmospheric animation, we show the viewer what a High Performance Organisation looks like. What does it mean for KLM, for its employees and its customers? To communicate this, we chose for a style that includes different textures and smooth transitions.
